CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Location: Samosir Island, Lake Toba, Sumut, Indonesia

 

Zoé's Paradise Waterfront Hotel is a charming boutique hotel with 17 guest rooms, located on the shores of Samosir Island in Indonesia, offering a picturesque setting with stunning nature and a relaxed atmosphere.

 

The Customer Service Representative works closely with guests, staff and various departments to ensure that all concerns, inquiries and issues are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

 

As our Customer Service Representative you ensuring that our guests enjoy a warm service and a pleasant experience during their stay.

That's what we're looking for:
If you have a strong ability to offer a warm welcome while smoothly coordinating organizational operations, we warmly invite you to become part of our team.

Individual tasks:

  • Greeting / Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way

  • Providing information about hotel facilities, services, restaurant hours and other relevant information.

  • Answering phone calls, emails, whats apps etc. and personal inquiries from guests.

  • Resolving guest complaints and issues in a courteous and expeditious manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Assistance with reservations, changes and cancellations of rooms.

  • Promote the hotel through social media presence and other marketing channels.

  • Coordinating with other departments to accommodate special guest requests such as floral arrangements, special occasions or transportation.

  • Assistance with the check-out process, including billing and answering billing questions.

  • Gathering guest feedback and identifying trends to identify continuous improvements in customer service.

  • Conducting guest surveys and analyzing the results to assess service quality.

  • Compliance with hotel policies and procedures and quality standards.

  • And other tasks depending on the season and projects

 

Education: University degree in the hotel industry or business administration

Essential:

  • Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry or comparable experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (multilingual skills are an advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, MS Office (including Excel) and Canva.

  • Service oriented thinking and positive attitude.

  • teamwork and cooperation.

  • A car driving license would be appreciated

 

Salary: 3-4 M upon completion of all required points plus success bonus & meals and accommodation
