Das Hotel ist bereits bei der Anreise mit dem Schiff der „Hingucker“ am Ufer. Begrüßt wird man am hoteleigenen Anleger durch Mitarbeiter des Hauses. In jeder Minute des Aufenthalts sind wirklich alle Mitarbeiter permanent bemüht, dem Gast jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen und zu erfüllen. Schlicht phantastisch. Das Hotel selbst liegt direkt am See mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Zeiten von Corona vorzeitig abbrechen und auch bei der kurzfristigen Organisation der Abreise hatten wir jede Unterstützung. Das Hotel ist absolut und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und auch wir werden die uns entgangenen Tage auf alle Fälle nachholen. Wir hatten in den vergangenen Jahren sehr oft tolle Hotels, Zoe‘s liegt aber für uns mit ganz vorn. Danke an das Team, macht so weiter!

Paradise on Earth

6⭐️ service in a modest hotel! If you want to experience wonderful service, do please come to Zoe’s Paradise Waterfront Hotel. Exceptable room cleanliness. Location was great with the lake view and the mountains. 😞 p/s: There was a scammer in the neighborhood and Parapat as well. Please please please don’t trust anybody who tried to approach you and asks you a lot of question! Some of them were look so convincing! I had a bad experience. If you want to go for a tour, get info from the receptionist staff. They will guide you as much they could. 😊

I'd liked everything. Lovely location and view. All the staff were superb. Special thanks to Heny, Fiona and Daisy for being so friendly, helpful and kind and such good fun (shame about Heny singing) ha, ha.

The stay in this Hotel was a great full time! Mostly we enjoyed the friendly staff around this place! The question “can I help you” is not a phrase! They have all always a smile from the heart for there guests!

The view from the balcony was magnificent. The staff, Ian, was really helpful for everything we need for the room, even for information for sight seeing. The restaurant staff were beautiful, my daughter ordered a meal that doesn't even in the menu, but they made it special for her, very lovely gesture. Definitely coming back next time.
