TO ZOE'S PARADISE WATERFRONT HOTEL
Zoé’s Paradise Waterfront Hotel is run by an Indonesian-Swiss Family, blending traditional culture with modern life.
The owner family and their employees look forward to your visit and welcome you with real heart energy!
This Indonesian-Swiss 3-star hotel at Lake Toba welcomes guests from all over the world.
For Samosir Island, it is a modern hotel that creates moments of wellbeing and lets guests realize that small gestures make a big difference when the staff do ordinary things with a lot of heart energy - A philosophy that has made this small hotel successful from the beginning.
Marlen Hämmerli Samosir is Swiss and sole investor of Zoé's Paradise Waterfront Hotel. She came to Batakland for the first time in 2006. On February 19, 2017 she was adopted into the clan Samosir according to Batak Adat tradition. Together with Peris Mikael Siallagan, she built this unique hotel with a lot of passion.
Peris Mikael Siallagan is a Toba Batak from Tuk Tuk and also the owner of Andaliman Tours, Samosir Island. He is a licensed tour guide for Samosir Island and loves to show the original and authentic life of the Batak people.
The hotel is run according to Swiss model and the manager, Boy Samosir, does everything together with Peris Mikael and their team, so that the guests feel satisfied. In addition, the hotel management takes care of a sustainable and responsible approach and also takes care of the local communities. The hotel investor continuously sensitizes the participants to a conscious use of resources and encourages the employees whenever possible.
The Zoés Paradise crew is proud to work at this hotel and looks forward to welcoming guests!
The daughter Zoé felt like in paradise and her mother therefore called the hotel: Zoé's Paradise Waterfront Hotel.
